Shipping Policy

We ship from our base in London.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Anything placed after 3pm on a Friday, or over the weekend, goes out on the next working day.

United Kingdom

Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.95, 2 to 3 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 24: £3.77, 1 to 2 working days

Europe

Tracked: £10.99, 3 to 5 working days

Rest of world

Tracked: from £14.99, 5 to 8 working days. The exact cost depends on the weight of your order and is calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are counted from dispatch, not from the moment you order. International orders can be held up at customs, which is outside our control. Any duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Broken bottles

 If yours turns up broken, send a photo to hello@swicyofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement. No need to post anything back.

Returns

Changed your mind? If the bottle is unopened you have 14 days from delivery to return it. Return postage is at your own cost, and we will refund the price of the sauce once it reaches us.

We cannot accept returns on opened bottles. That is a food safety rule, not us being difficult.

Wrong address, missed delivery

Please double check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we can resend it once you cover the postage again.
